Bookbag!

Today was Maggie's first day of daycare, and since I don't start work until next week I have a lot of free time this week. I started out today by going to Target ALONE. :) Then I went to the bank and actually went INSIDE instead of just going through the drive thru. My next stop was a little boutique in the Lee Branch shopping center called Plain Jane. An amazing friend got me a gift certificate from there when Maggie was born and I have just now gotten around to going in there. They have the cutest stuff (mostly children's clothing). But my favorite was their Stephen Joseph cloth bookbags. Maggie definitely had to have one.

This is the one I got! This is my most favorite purchase that I've made in a long time.

Church

Sunday I took Maggie to church for the first time. I know it's really sad that she is 3 months old and just now going, but we finally made it! She was SO good. She stayed in the sanctuary with me and just sat in my lap and eventually fell asleep.

My Sweet Girl

Maggie has become the most cuddley, relaxed, sweet, chunky, and happy baby. I can't get enough of her!

3 Months

At 3 months Maggie is back to eating 4 ounces of formula with 4 tsps of rice instead of 6 to 8 ounces. She went through a very big growth spurt this month and is a CHUNK! She is wearing 3-6 month clothes, but she can still squeeze into some of her 0-3 month stuff. She loves for people to talk to her and will give you the biggest smile and talk back to you. She is back to sleeping on her boppy pillow and goes to sleep about the same time every night (8:30 or 9). She gets grouchy when she gets too tired but all I have to do is stick a paci in her mouth and rub a soft blanket on her face and she'll go right to sleep. She is still a really easy baby just like she has been from day one. The other night she found her legs and feet and realized that she is the one making them move...it was adorable!

Silent Sunday

Trip to Georgia

Ashley and I took another trip to north Georgia to see MiMi and Poppa so they could see the kids again before the summer was over. They always love to take the kids and let us relax...its great!

Stan throws out corn and the deer come up right in their front yard...its so cool!

the Georgia/Tennesse line

we had a picnic by the river...doesn't Maggie seem super excited?
